Training and learning are key factors in our corporate identity and are a part of the BMS Technologies Turkey lifestyle. Our Human Resources Department works on the “people first” principle” and supports the growth of our employees with our training programs.
All new employees pass through a comprehensive training program designed to equip them with the information they need about our company on the job. Alongside the technical training our sector requires our employees also have the opportunity to participate in personel improvement trainings such as “problem solving techniques”, “time management,” effective communication” and others.
